Put the meat in a bowl and season it with salt, pepper, dill and thyme.
Put the potato on the small grater, squeeze it well with water and put it in the bowl and then beat the 2 eggs and mix them in the meat.
Finely chop the onion and simmer in 2-3 tablespoons of oil until it becomes glassy, then add it over the meat.
Homogenize all the ingredients well then we will form meat balls that we give through the flour (we put the flour in a bowl) then we flatten them between the palms.
Heat the oil well and fry the meatballs over low heat until they brown nicely, but not too hard!
if the fire is strong, they will brown very quickly but inside they remain raw, so they are fried over low heat.
Serve hot or cold with mustard or any garnish you like!
