Then, on a flat wooden board, sprinkled with flour, it is necessary to roll out the dough with a rolling pin in the form of a rectangle, which must be greased with the filling - jam or jam. If you want to change the taste of jam, for example, jam seems to you too sour, you can mix it with sugar. Conversely, if the jam is too sweet, you can add citric acid on the tip of the knife.
