Peppers stuffed with potatoes and cheese

We always eat potatoes with cheese and reading a recipe for peppers stuffed with potatoes, I thought I would put the cheese in the filling and my people liked it.

  • 8 bell peppers
  • 7-8 large potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3-4 tablespoons broth
  • a dill connection
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • 250 g old cheese (I put bellows cheese, and it gave a special taste)

RECIPE PREPARATION Peppers stuffed with potatoes and cheese:

Wash the peppers, clean the stalks and shake off the seeds.

The potatoes are washed and boiled in their skins

Cook the finely chopped onion and add the broth, salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes, mash with a fork or grate them and mix with the onion and broth. Leave to cool, then add the dill, cheese and egg and fill the peppers with this composition.

Place in a pan greased with oil and put in the oven. Turn carefully until the peppers are browned on all sides. Serve as a garnish for steaks with salad or pickles.

1/2 or a quarter of a turkey breast, depending on how big the turkey is

Boil the potatoes in their skins, not too much so that they do not crumble, clean them and peel them with a fork / teaspoon.

The core is removed from the potatoes and put in a bowl and mixed with grated cheese on a small grater, eggs, and turkey breast cut into small strips, thin and fried a little before but also slightly seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika .

Carefully fill the potatoes with a teaspoon with this filling. Place in a pan greased with a little oil, season a little and grate cheese over them.

Peppers stuffed with potatoes and egg

Today I tried something easy, I didn't feel like meat so I implemented this recipe & # 8230 it's done pretty quickly and you can improve it with what you have in the fridge.
2 bell peppers
2 suitable potatoes
1 or
2 tablespoons fatter cheese
freshly chopped greens (parsley, rosemary, basil, sage)
Boil the peeled potatoes and cut them into cubes, for 15 minutes in water with a little salt. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Then strain the potatoes, mash them not very finely, add the egg, cheese, greens and mix. Cut the peppers in half, remove the stalk and seeds and fill them with the potato mixture. Put a little oil in a pan, then the stuffed peppers on top again a little oil (this is optional) and bake at high temperature for 15 minutes.

I served it with a little garlic sauce. They are excellent!

The potatoes will be boiled in their skins after they have been washed well with cold water.

The potato halves will be filled with the composition (as full as we want them) and are placed in a rectangular Jena bowl well greased with butter.

Put a small cube of butter on each half, then the grated Parmesan cheese.

The dish will be put in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes as long as they are browned (gratin).

The potatoes stuffed with cheese will be served hot, decorated for an appetizing look with freshly chopped parsley.

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place the potatoes in a pan on a baking sheet. Cook the potatoes for about 40-45 minutes or until they soften, then take them out of the oven and let them cool. Turn the oven more slowly to about 170-180 degrees Celsius.
  2. When they have cooled, cut the potatoes in half and dig them out.
  3. Chop the hollowed part of the potatoes and mix it well with the onion, corn kernels, br & acircnza, red pepper and a tablespoon of sm & acircnt & acircna.
  4. Place the mixture in the hollow potatoes and place the stuffed potatoes in the oven. Let them bake for another 10-15 minutes, until they brown well and catch a crust on top.
  5. When they are ready, take the potatoes out of the oven and place them on a plate. Add the rest of the sm & acircnt & acircnă and the parsley on top.

I buy the Focsani cream in bulk, so I don't have any packaging. but it looks like bellows cheese.
and for this recipe it would be better to use more floury potatoes (for baking or salad)
