Preparation of fruit roll in accordance with GOST:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Sift the wheat flour with a sieve. Beat eggs with a mixer up to 4 times increase. It takes about 5 minutes. For roll according to GOST, eggs are beaten not separately, but as a whole, so that the roll turns out to be more elastic. Gradually add 1 tablespoon granulated sugar into beaten eggs, continuing to beat. Then, in beaten eggs with sugar, pour the sifted flour in parts, mixing thoroughly with a spoon until smooth.

Step 2: bake a biscuit.

Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, 5-7 mm thick. Bake 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200С until golden brown. Do not overdo it, as the biscuit is thin and may dry out. While baking do not open the ovenso that the biscuit rises well.

Step 3: cool the biscuit billet for roll.

Ready sponge cake, carefully, without removing from baking paper, put on a kitchen towel, roll up. Seam down. Leave to cool at room temperature.

Step 4: prepare fruit roll in accordance with GOST.

Separate the cooled biscuit from the baking paper. Spread jam on the surface with jam or jam. Then roll into a roll and cut off uneven edges. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and set to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 5: serve fruit roll in accordance with GOST.

Cut the chilled roll into pieces and serve with tea or coffee. Enjoy your meal!

- - Jam can be replaced with boiled condensed milk.
