We put water and sugar on the fire and let them melt until the sugar melts and boils 2-3 times. Add the finely ground biscuits, cocoa and mix vigorously until well blended. Turn off the heat, add the diced margarine and rum. Mix well, add the jam, mix well and let it cool a bit, then spread the cream over the wafer sheets in an even layer.
Place a chopper on the sheets and let them cool for 1 hour, then take them out and spread the cocoa glaze in an uneven layer.
For the glaze boil the ingredients (except the rum) over low heat until thickened. We take it down, put the rum essence and let it cool slightly.

- 250 gr margarine, 200 gr plain ground biscuits

Method of preparation:
Put the sugar in a saucepan and cook over low heat. Stir occasionally until completely dissolved. It should not be too dark.
Then add jam and margarine. It will foam a little. Stir for a few minutes. The margarine will initially separate from the sugar, but because everything heats up slowly, stirring, it will combine again with the sugar.
After the ingredients are combined, take the pan off the heat and add the chopped walnuts and the ground biscuits. Stir well.
Cut the wafer sheet in half. Set the mixture aside for a few minutes, then pour it over half a wafer sheet. Flatten and cover with the other half of the wafer sheet. Place a tray on top to lightly press the wafer.
