We clean the vegetables, wash them and chop them into cubes, then we put them in the multicooker bowl, together with 3 tablespoons of oil and a pinch of salt, to lightly fry them on the fry program (without putting the lid on). When the onion becomes translucent, press the warm / off button.

Add the pieces of meat, a little salt and 2 liters of hot water (or more, to cover the meat well).

Turn the appliance on the stew program for an hour and close the lid.

When there are 15 minutes left in the preset time, add the hot borscht and the tomatoes in broth, chopped or mashed. After 5 minutes, add the house noodles and cover the bowl again. When the program ends, add chopped larch and adjust the taste of salt and pepper.
