Ingredients for the preparation of hodgepodge meat

  1. meat 150 g (only pulp needs to be taken)

Cooking hodgepodge meat team:

Step 1: Cook the broth.

Rinse the meat well and cook on low heat for 1.5-2 hours. As boiling, water needs to be added. The secret of any soup is that the longer the meat, bones or chicken are cooked, the softer it will be and the broth itself will be more rich. But do not overdo it so that your soup does not turn into porridge.

Step 2: Add the meat products.

From the prepared broth, get the meat and let it cool, so as not to burn yourself (but you can use a knife and a fork). Dice and throw back into the broth. Then chop the smoked meats, sausages and fry them in a frying pan until golden brown, then toss them in a simmering simmer, broth.

Step 3: Strain the vegetables.

Fry chopped onions, capers and grated carrots in a pan until golden brown. After add to the broth. Take pickles and chop them into thin strips. Fry in a pan for 5 minutes, then add the broth 2 tbsp. And stew for another 5-7 minutes, then send the mass to the soup.

Step 4: Refill the soup.

The soup is almost ready, add spices, maybe salt. Remember the bay leaf, it will help complete any dish. Add olives, tomato paste.

Step 5: Serve.

Recipe Tips:

- - To make the soup seem fresh, although it was cooked a couple of days ago, add lemon just before serving.

- - If there are no capers, nothing scary without them, the soup will also be very tasty and they will be completely replaced by a couple of gherkins.
