Checul aperitiv este o idee geniala pentru momentele cand ai musafiri dar nu ai foarte mult timp sa pregatesti ceva bun. De asemenea, poate fi consumat si la micul dejun pentru ca este satios și foarte gustos.
Am pregatit aici, special pentru voi una dintre cele mai bune retete de chec aperitiv din cate am incercat pana acum. Este o reteta perfecta, pe care v-o recomand cu mare drag, iar daca o faceti pentru prima data, va rog sa respectati cantitatile pe care le-am indicat mai jos.
Ingrediente necesare pentru chec aperitiv:
200 g piept porc afumat (kaizer), 100 g rosii uscate
50 g masline verzi (optional), 50 g parmezan
50 g cascaval tare, 220 g de faina
250 g iaurt, 2 oua, 2 lingurite praf de copt
1 lingurita unt, ulei, mix de ardei, sare
Method of preparation:

Maslinele si rosiile se taie si se adauga in aluat. Se asezoneaza cu sare si piper si se amesteca bine. Aluatul se toarna in tava unsa cu unt si se coace 40 minute la temperatura de 180 grade. Cu 3-4 minute inainte de a-l scoate definitiv din cuptor, se presara parmezan si se pune iar la cuptor pentru a se rumeni putin.
