Cooking homemade Chicken McNuggets:

Step 1: Pickle the chicken.

In fact, there is nothing easier than making chicken maknets. The main thing is to marinate the chicken well, otherwise it may turn out to be rather dry. So, take the chicken fillet, rinse well under cold running water and cut into small pieces. Transfer the meat into a bowl, salt, pepper and pour cream. Then we send them to the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

Step 2: Cooking Homemade Chicken McNuggets.

Pour breadcrumbs (I have sesame seeds in store) into a plate. We put on a medium heat to heat the pan, pour vegetable oil. We take the chicken fillet out of the refrigerator and roll it in breadcrumbs, and then put it in a frying pan and fry it. Fry on both sides until cooked (about 5 minutes).

- - You can add a little sweet paprika and red pepper to the breadcrumbs.

- - If you have not found the cream, the chicken can be marinated in fat sour cream.
