Making express bread pie:

Step 1: Prepare the bread roll.

Bread can be used very different in shape, volume and freshness. But one thing remains unchanged: the loaf must be white. Brown bread doesn't work for making a pie. In our recipe, we chose a loaf. First of all, cut the top crust from the bread. After that we extract the flesh, leaving only 1-1.5 centimeters. Thus, we have formed such a bread boat, which we will use in the future. But do not rush to get rid of the crumb, because we need a good half of it for the pie. We soak it in cream and leave to brew.

Step 2: Prepare the ingredients for the filling.

It is worth mentioning right away that in this recipe the filling is very balanced and well selected. But if you do not have any ingredient - do not be discouraged and do not rush to run to the store. After all, any product is interchangeable, it is worth a little imagination. For example, ham can be replaced with ordinary sausage or even sausages. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream and so on. How to prepare the filling: the chilled chicken fillet must be thoroughly washed and cut into strips or cubes. Bacon just cut into small cubes. Mushrooms are cleaned, washed and cut into thin plates. Pour a little butter into the pan and put it on medium heat. When it is heated, add chicken to it and fry a little on all sides, then add mushrooms and cook until all the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated. After that, add the bacon and fry the mass about another minute. We put the filling on a plate and cool.

Step 3: We form and bake the product.

Wash greens and finely chop. We mix the fried filling with cream, in which the crumb has already been steeped, add greens to it. Salt and pepper the filling to taste. Fill the loaf with this mixture. The washed and dried tomato is cut into fairly large round slices. We spread them on top of the filling and grease with mayonnaise. Preheat the oven to a temperature 180 degreesthen we send our product to the brazier for 25 minutes. After that, remove the cake from the oven and cover it with grated cheese. We send the product back to the oven again on 5-7 minutes.

Step 4: Serve the express bread cake.

We cool the pie completely, then cut into portioned pieces and serve. To taste, it remotely resembles pizza. Very juicy, satisfying and mouth-watering. By all means, try to cook it: you will not regret it! Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - The remaining crumb does not need to be thrown away. It can be used to make cutlets (in minced meat) or cook the breadcrumbs themselves. To do this, crumble the crumb and briefly dry it in the oven on a dry baking sheet. After cooling, the crackers need only be crushed and you can use them in the culinary process.
