Neapolitan pasta cooking:

Step 1: Fry the minced meat.

To begin with, prepared mincemeat, if it is stale and frozen, should be thawed to softness at room temperature. Then put it in a deep bowl, add tomato sauce to it, mix everything thoroughly. Then season the minced meat with salt and ground black pepper to your taste. Stir again. Put a dry pan to medium heat, warm it up well, add vegetable oil, and then mince with sauce. Using a wooden spatula, fry and stir the mixture regularly in a pan so that it does not burn within 10-15 minutes.

Step 2: Cook the pasta.

While the minced meat with sauce is fried in a pan, pick up a floor of a pan of clean water, add salt and put on medium heat. When the water boils, add the pasta to the pan, mix and reduce the heat slightly. Cook 7-10 minutes, pay attention to the packaging of the product, the exact time of preparation of pasta should be indicated there. You can taste them if they are soft and still resilient, so it's time to remove the pan from the heat. Be careful, it is very important not to digest pasta, otherwise they will lose their taste and shape. Once they are cooked, throw them in a colander so that the glass is all water.

Step 3: Bake the pasta.

Put a layer of fried minced meat on the bottom of the refractory mold. Now grate the cheese on a coarse grater, put it in an even layer on top of the fried minced meat, put the pasta on top, then lay another layer of meat on top, then cheese, and finally pour the sauce. Preheat the oven up to 150 degreesplace the pasta dish in it and bake for about 10 minutes.

Step 4: Serve the Neapolitan pasta.

Remove the finished pasta from the oven, cool slightly and place on serving plates. Serve as a hot dinner or lunch. Good appetite!
