Cooking carrot soup:

Step 1: chop the vegetables.

Step 2: fry the vegetables.

Melt the butter in a well-heated pan and pour the vegetables into it. Mix well and fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Just do not let the oil burn. Vegetables should warm up well, become a little soft on the outside, but remain hard inside. For flavor, put a sprig of thyme on top.

Step 3: add the broth.

When the vegetables are half ready, fill them with broth. It can be hot or cold, it does not matter. Suitable as a vegetable broth, and meat. It all depends on your taste preferences.
