Ingredients for Making Cracker Cake

Making a cake from crackers:

We take a small pan, pour there 1-2 canteens tablespoons of vegetable oil (olive for frying or sunflower) and put on a big fire. Now we unload the onions together with the mushrooms in a vegetable frying pan preheated with oil and fry everything over medium heat until the mushrooms are ready. In time this process will take you no more 6-9 minutes. While you are frying, constantly mix everything in the pan with a turning spatula so that the mushrooms and onions do not burn, but rather fry well on both sides.

Step 2: push the fish, onion mode and mix.

Next, open the canned fish, I had sardine, put all its contents in a deep plate without liquid, you can drain the liquid directly from the canned food as soon as you open it, and then in the plate with a fork we stretch the canned food as thoroughly as possible. We wash a bunch of green onions, cut off the head with roots from it, wash it thoroughly under running water and dry it on paper towels. Then chop it finely on a chopping board. You can chop it with a sharp knife, or you can take kitchen scissors and chop the onions finely with them. Put a grater on a flat plate and rub our cheese. This is done so that the cheese does not wake up on the table. Then the shabby cheese should be mixed with previously finely chopped garlic and all this put on mayonnaise. If you can not stand garlic, then, in principle, you can not add it.

Step 3: cook and rub the eggs.

Take 2-3 chicken eggs and a roomy enameled mug. Put eggs in a mug, pour cold water into it, fall asleep 1-2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon vinegar, if any. We put all this on a big fire and when the water in the mug boils, we make the fire moderate and cook the eggs 10-12 minutes. We added salt and vinegar so that during the process of boiling the eggs, they would not crack. When the eggs are cooked - put them right in the mug under running cold water, wait 2-3 minutes so that they are completely cool, we clean them from the shell and rub them on a grater. Step 4: collect the cake.

Take your favorite flat serving dish. We put a cracker as tightly as possible on its bottom. On top of the cracker layer, make a grid of mayonnaise and sprinkle the mayonnaise with grated eggs. The next cracker will be laid out again, on top of it we put canned fish, sprinkle everything with green onions and mayonnaise, then again lay the cracker, put mushrooms with onions on top of the cracker, again we cook the mayonnaise. The next layer will again be a cracker, pour it again with mayonnaise in the form of a grid, onto which we pour cheese, pour everything with mayonnaise again, then lay again a layer of cracker, which we pour again with a grid of mayonnaise and now sprinkle everything with grated yolk. By the way, the top layer can be made not only from yolk. You can just sprinkle the top with grated yolk along with the protein.

Step 5: serve the crackers cake.

When our cake is almost ready, you can, if desired, break several crackers as small as possible, which are then mixed with the remains of grated cheese, grease the sides of the cake thoroughly with mayonnaise and then sprinkle with this mixture. All the cake is ready, you can put it in the refrigerator for impregnation on 2 hours least. Of course, ideally put the cake on soak on 12 hoursthen it is so saturated that cracker will not be distinguished. This will add intrigue to those who will eat it for the first time, since they will not be able to figure out what this cake is made of for a long time.
