Indian Salad Ingredients

  1. Beans (canned) 0.5 cans
  2. Apple 1 pc.
  3. Asparagus (Korean) 200 gr.
  4. 1 carrot
  5. Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  6. Parsley 1 bunch
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ground black pepper to taste

Indian Salad Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Asparagus must be bought ready-made and seasoned with special spices (in Korean). Then we cut it into small pieces (approximately 2 cm). Peel the apple, cut it in half and remove the core. Then cut into cubes (2x2 cm). Peel the carrots, wash and rub on a coarse grater. Parsley is finely chopped. Open with a can opener a jar of canned beans.

Step 2: Cooking Indian Salad.

All the ingredients are transferred to a salad bowl and salt and pepper to taste. Dress salad with mayonnaise and mix well.

Step 3: Serve the salad in Indian style.

Ready salad is immediately served on the table until it has started juice. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you decide to cook asparagus at home, I advise you to do it in a spicy marinade (with chili pepper and garlic). Otherwise, she will not even pickle.

- - It is better to buy canned beans, so you will spend less time preparing salad.

- - Apples can be slightly sprinkled with lemon juice so that they do not lose their color.

- - To prepare a more savory salad instead of raw carrots, you can use Korean carrots.
