Pancake Cannellon Ingredients

For pancakes:

Cooking cannelloni from pancakes:

Step 1: Cooking Pancakes

Step 2: fry the pancakes.

Turn on the stove at medium temperature and place the pan on it. Fold a piece of sterile bandage into a roll and dip its tip in a small amount of vegetable oil. Lubricate the pan with vegetable fat and heat it to 100 degrees. In a circular motion of the hand, unfold the pan while pouring ladle with batter onto it. Expand the pan so that the dough spreads throughout its bottom. Place it on the stove and fry one side of the pancake for 3-4 seconds. Then turn the pancake on the other side gently prying its edges from all sides with a kitchen spatula. Fry the pancake for 3-4 seconds on the other side. Place the finished pancake on a large flat plate. Cook the rest of the pancakes in the same way. Place the finished pancakes on a large flat plate, and let them cool.

Step 3: prepare the cannelloni filling.

Turn on the stove at medium temperature, place a frying pan on it and heat it. While the pan is heating up, lay the bacon on a cutting board and cut it into small layers with an approximate diameter of 5 by 5 centimeters. It is desirable that the bacon is meat. At the same time, add the ground beef to the pan together with the bacon. Stew them together for 20 - 25 minutes stirring with a kitchen spatula until the meat ingredients are browned. Do not add vegetable fats and water while stewing meat ingredients! Then add the right amount of tomato paste, cinnamon to the pan, salt and black pepper to taste, mix the mixture with a kitchen spatula and simmer for 5 minutes. Open the package of feta cheese, get the cheese, put it on a cutting board, cut into 2 parts one of which grate on a coarse grater, directly in a deep plate, along with the right amount of hard cheese. Cut the second part of Feta cheese into cubes with an approximate diameter 1 to 1 centimeter and toss in the pan to the meat ingredients. Stir the mixture with a kitchen spatula and simmer for 5 minutes, during which time the cheese will melt and mix with the stewed meat until smooth. Then set aside the frying pan from the stove. Preheat the oven up to 190 - 200 degrees Celsius.

Step 4: form the cannelloni.

Put 3 to 4 tablespoons minced meat on one edge of the pancake. Roll it up and place in a non-stick baking dish with an approximate diameter of 19 by 23 centimeters. Form the rest of the cannelloni in the same way and place them in a mold.

Step 5: bake the cannelloni from pancakes.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the cannelloni surface, sprinkle the dish with 2 types of cheese that you previously grated on a coarse grater, and place the mold in a preheated oven on 15 - 20 minutes.
