Cooking boats from avocado:

Step 1: prepare the avocado.

Rinse the right amount of avocado and lemon under running water from all kinds of dirt and dust. And put in a deep bowl, helping yourself with a knife. Put the resulting avocado boats on a plate, and set it aside, you will return to the avocado later.

Step 2: prepare the vegetables.

For sweet salad pepper cut the stem, remove the seeds, peel the leek from the top film and cut off its roots, then rinse these 2 ingredients together with the tomato and parsley in running cold water. Then dry the vegetables with paper kitchen towels, place them on a cutting board one at a time and chop. Leek rings with an approximate thickness of up to 7 millimeters.
