Cooking Beef Enchilada:

Step 1: prepare the sauce.

Turn on the temperature of the plate to an average level. Add vegetable oil to the pan and put on the burner. After the fat has warmed up, add the flour and using a whisk we evenly mix the components for 1 minute so that the flour is completely mixed with oil in a uniform white mass. Then gradually pour the chicken broth and mix with a whisk. Next, add the tomato sauce. And again, mix the liquid with a whisk. After we add black ground pepper and salt. When the liquid boils, reduce the temperature of the plate and continue to simmer. In the meantime, the sauce is cooked at a low temperature, we will prepare the remaining ingredients.

Step 2: prepare the ingredients.

Peel the onion and rinse under running cold water. Then we shift it to a cutting board, moisten the knife in cold water and cut into medium slices up to 2 centimeters. We remove the crushed component in a plate. Now go to the cheese, set the grater with large holes above the plate and grind the cheese. The resulting chips are set aside for a while. Wash a bunch of parsley under running water, then shake off excess liquid over the sink and transfer to a cutting board. Finely chop the greens and leave it on the cutting board.

Step 3: saute the minced meat with onions.

Turn on the second burner at medium temperature. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and put on the stove. In the preheated fat, put the chopped onion and fry it for 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown, at the same time periodically mix with a kitchen spatula so that it does not burn. After the onion component is completely fried, remove it from the pan and transfer it to a plate. Then put the thawed minced meat on the fire. And with a kitchen spatula we break the meat ingredient into small pieces. Fry the minced meat evenly until cooked. This is easily determined by the color that changes from red to brown. Next, the juice released during frying, remove from the container and return the golden onions. Mix everything with a kitchen spatula. After we add salt, black pepper and mix our filling again. Then put it in a plate or other container. And we wash the pan under running water.

Step 4: fry the dough.

The saucepan can already be turned off and rearranged on a cold burner. Next, pour a large amount of vegetable oil into a clean pan and put on medium heat. We take out the corn tortillas from the packaging and put them next to the stove. When the fat in the pan warms up, put one test cake and fry first literally on one side 10 - 15 seconds, then on the other. Dip the finished test component into the saucepan with the sauce so that it completely covers its entire surface. And then we put it on a plate. Do the same with the remaining 9 cakes.

Step 5: form the dish.

Pour about half the sauce into a baking dish. On the surface of the cake with a tablespoon, put the stuffing of minced meat and onion. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and proceed to the most important stage of preparation. We begin to gently twist the cake. The resulting tube is laid in a baking dish with the seam down. Then, in the same way, we twist all the other tubes and put them into shape. We do it quickly, while the plastic cakes. Then, on the surface of the tubes, pour the remaining sauce in an even layer. After sprinkle with grated cheese and you can bake.

Step 6: bake the dish.

In preheated oven until 180 degrees Celsius remove the form with the dish. Our enchiladas will be baked for about 15 to 20 minutes, during which time the cheese will melt and cover with a beautiful crust. We take out the finished dish from the oven, helping ourselves with kitchen tacks. And then sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley.

Step 7: serve beef enchiladas.

This dish is considered the second and served hot. Loose rice or buckwheat, as well as mashed potatoes or a light vegetable salad, can be served as a side dish. We spread the enchilada to each portionwise on plates and invite everyone to the table. The fragrant Mexican dish is ready! Enjoy your meal!
