Step 1: prepare the eggs.

Rub the cheese with a medium grater in a free plate. For the preparation of omelettes, it is better to use hard cheese.

Step 3: cook steamed omelet with cheese.

Pour the cream into the bowl to the egg components and beat well with a fork until smooth. Attention: beat egg yolk and protein with cream is not necessary with a mixer. Then pour the egg mass into the steam basket and put this capacity in the compartment of the double boiler. It is not necessary to lubricate the form itself with vegetable or butter. Our omelet is preparing for 20 minutes. When our dish is ready, very carefully remove the lid from the container so that the condensate does not appear in the omelet. We transfer the omelette to a wide dish and sprinkle it with grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. And so that the cheese melts faster, we add the omelet, like a book. Optionally, you can also decorate our finished dish with chopped parsley.

Step 4: serve steamed omelet with cheese.

Serve the omelet immediately to the table. Such a delicious dish can be served with a salad of fresh vegetables, as well as sausages and meat products. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - A variety of ingredients can be added to the omelet. For example: chop tomatoes and bell peppers into small pieces or put small pieces of sausage or bacon into the egg mixture. Steamed omelet is very tasty, if you add chopped fried onions, mushrooms and pieces of boiled chicken to it. Do not be afraid to experiment!
