Cooking zucchini stuffed with vegetables in an air grill:

Step 1: Preparing zucchini for stuffing.

Small young zucchini are best suited for baking in an air grill, they have a delicate taste and bake faster. Zucchini need to be washed with running water, cut off the tips and cut in half. Using a spoon, remove the core, including the pulp and seeds. In some recipes, the pulp is included in the filling, if you want, you can add it. Zucchini made a kind of "bowls", which we will stuff.

Step 2: Prepare the filling for zucchini.

In the right stuffing, all the ingredients should be shredded. Therefore, we add the word finely to each verb - chop the onion finely, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, three carrots on a small grater, peel the Bulgarian pepper from seeds and also cut into small pieces. Grind the garlic in a garlic grinder or chop, finely chop the greens. Cheese, although not included in the stuffing, but we, too, three of them on a fine grater. All ingredients, with the exception of cheese, are mixed very carefully. Salt, add spices, spread sour cream or mayonnaise and mix again. The filling is ready, proceed to the stuffing process.

Step 3: We stuff the squash.

Take zucchini “bowls” and evenly fill each minced meat. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the zucchini. We transfer the stuffed zucchini to the middle lattice into an air grill, into which we add a little oil, and bake at a temperature of 235 degrees for 15-25 minutes until completely browned. Fan speed should be high.

Step 4: Serve vegetable marrows stuffed with vegetables.

When the zucchini is ready, you can immediately serve them to the table, you need to eat them hot, although even cold they do not lose the appeal of their taste. It can be served as an independent dish, or as a side dish for meat. It all depends on your taste, and I can only wish you - Bon appetit!

Recipe Tips:

- - For baking both in the oven and in the oven, zucchini is very suitable.

- - If you want to add mushrooms to the minced meat, then I advise you to play it safe and use either canned, or pre-boiled or fried.

- - Ready zucchini can be decorated with greens.

- - If you want the cheese to be slightly softened, add it after 15 minutes of baking zucchini, and then turn on the grill again for 5-10 minutes.
