Making a Belaya Lady cocktail:

Step 1: prepare the White Lady cocktail.

In fact, this cocktail was very famous in the 20s of the last century and ladies from high society liked to drink it, sitting in a restaurant with their companion. You can also find such a name for a cocktail as Delilah, Chelsea Side Car, Lillian Foreve, but at the same time the composition of the ingredients of the drink may differ from their progenitor. We will prepare a cocktail and plunge into those times when it was still popular. So, we pour gin, Cointreau liqueur and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the shaker, and also lay out a few ice cubes.

We close the inventory with a lid and shake everything thoroughly. Immediately after that we filter the drink through the strainer into the glass and serve to the festive table.

Step 2: serve the White Lady cocktail.

The White Lady cocktail is soft and sweet in taste and delicate color. After preparation, the drink should immediately be served at the festive table while it is still chilled. But the cocktail glass itself can be decorated with a slice of lemon or cocktail cherry.
Enjoy your enjoyment!

Recipe Tips:

- To make a cocktail according to the classic recipe, you need to add egg white to gin, liquor and lemon juice and only after that shake everything thoroughly. And in the French version, instead of gin, you need to add mint liquor to the cocktail. By the way, the taste of such drinks is different, but it turns out also very tasty and delicate.

- If you don’t have a strainer at hand, do not be discouraged, as it can be replaced with an ordinary small strainer.

- In order to serve this cocktail nicely to the festive table, you can pre-cool the glasses in the refrigerator, and then dip the rim of each glass in sugar. Then from the side it will seem that the glasses are decorated with hoarfrost.
