Ingredients for Cooking Pork with Apples

Cooking pork with apples:

Step 1: prepare the pork.

We return to the pork, turn on the temperature of the stove to a medium level, put the pan on the burner and add vegetable oil. We use a pan that can be put in the oven, that is, without plastic and wooden handles. So, put the tenderloin into the pan and start frying. Cooking pork 10 - 15 minutes until a beautiful golden crust is formed on all sides, turning the meat over with a kitchen spatula. Then we shift the tenderloin on a plate, while the fire on the stove does not turn off.

Step 5: cook the pork with apples.

We spread onions and apples in a hot pan. Add a pinch of salt and, stirring with a kitchen spatula, fry them approximately 5 minutes or until the fruit is soft. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

Once the apples and onions have softened sufficiently, we return the pork to the pan, mix everything lightly with a spatula and put it in the oven. Bake pork with apples for 15 - 20 minutes until fully prepared. After we carefully take out the pan from the oven and put it on the stove. We put the meat on a beautiful plate for serving, and continue to cook the apples over medium heat.

Add apple juice to them, bring to a boil and cook the mixture until the liquid evaporates by about half. As soon as this happened, you can turn off the fire and proceed to serve the dish.

Step 6: serve the pork with apples.

Cut aromatic pork tenderloin with a sharp knife into portioned slices and add with apples. Serve the dish hot as a second on the dining or holiday table. Garnish for such meat can be mashed potatoes, crumbly rice or vegetable salad. Enjoy a delicious meal!
