Ingredients for the preparation of noodles with minced meat

  1. Minced meat 300-400g. (any stuffing is suitable, you can even mixed)
  2. Pasta (any) pack of 400-500 gr.
  3. Onion 1 pc.
  4. 2pcs chicken eggs
  5. Sour cream 100 gr.
  6. Hard cheese 100 gr.
  7. Salt, black pepper to taste

Cooking noodles with minced meat:

Step 1. Boil the pasta.

Take a pack of pasta (I prefer spaghetti for this dish). The packet says how much they are boiled. We put a pot of water on the fire, add half a tablespoon of salt, wait for the water to boil. Dip the pasta in boiling water, after 8-10 minutes we throw them in a colander. While they are boiling, turn on the oven. We put the cooled pasta into a bowl.

Step 2. Cooking the sauce.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with eggs. Pour the sauce into the cooled pasta. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3. Cooking the meat filling.

Take minced pork and beef. You can make it yourself using a meat grinder or buy a finished one. We clean and then finely cut the onion. Pour a little refined sunflower oil into the pan and lightly fry the onions. You can add spices for meat or black pepper to it. When the onion is browned, add minced meat to the pan and fry it over high heat for about 3 minutes until the juice stands out. Turn off the comfort.

Step 4. Fill the baking dish.

We take a baking dish or a deep pan in which you can bake. Lubricate the bottom and walls of the mold with oil. Spread half pasta mixed with sauce. We spread on them and evenly distribute the fried minced meat. Cover with the remaining pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese in a fine grater. Sent to the oven for 25-30 minutes. Our noodles should be closed at a temperature 180 degrees.

Step 5. Serve the noodles with minced meat.

We take the finished dish out of the oven. Cut the noodles into portioned pieces. Serve with tomato sauce or ketchup. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Pasta for noodles can be taken as just boiled, as well as yesterday.

- - If you cook the stuffing yourself, then you can not fry it, but put it raw. The cooking time of the noodles then increase by 5-10 minutes.

- - You can put finely chopped dill and parsley in a casserole on minced meat.
