Method of preparation:

From the first package of puff pastry I made the baskets, so I cut with a round glass that I put in 2 forms of muffin (actually mini muffin). To fill them I mixed the cheese with sour cream, a beaten egg, parsley chopped and a pinch of salt. From this mixture I put about a teaspoon and a half in each basket and on top I put thinly cut sausages and in the second round of olives (you can choose various ingredients depending on the tastes of each). I divided the second package in half, one part of which I cut into strips that I greased with egg and sprinkled with poppy seeds and sesame seeds. The other I cut into squares, I greased with tomato juice , I sprinkled oregano and in the middle I put a cube of mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180'C. Enjoy!

7. Grease a little with egg yolk and put in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

As for the puff pastry, I used 1 kg of frozen puff pastry, which I let it thaw and cut into 4 equal pieces. On about half of each piece of puff pastry (lengthwise) I spread 1/4 of the mushroom filling, then I rolled the puff pastry, greased it with a little egg and sprinkled flax seeds on top. I cut each puff pastry roll into 9-11 square pieces, which I placed in the oven tray where I had previously placed baking paper.

If you don't want to make small pieces of puff pastry, you can prepare pies stuffed with mushrooms, following the model of the cheese triggers that I made earlier.

Bake the puff pastry with mushrooms in the hot oven at 200 degrees Celsius, for 25-35 minutes, until it swells nicely and is golden on the surface.

The puff pastry with mushrooms can be served cold or warm (after it has been taken out of the oven), and it is kept covered at room temperature so that it does not harden.
