  • 4-5 pcs. large and very well cooked kiwi
  • 1 large box of fatty yogurt
  • 4-5 tablespoons sugar
  • 300-400 gr. vanilla ice cream

RECIPE PREPARATION Kiwi ice cream:

Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a blender, add the yoghurt, sugar and vanilla ice cream. Mix them for 1-2 minutes, put them in a saucepan and put them in the freezer.

After it has frozen, we can serve it with great pleasure. It is a very good ice cream, full of vitamins and cool. GOOD LUCK!



Ice cream with milk and kiwi

A recipe for milk and kiwi ice cream from: eggs, sugar, flour, milk, butter, vanilla stick, lime peel and pistachio.

Ingredient: />

  • 6 eggs
  • 400 g sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 l milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 1/2 stick vanilla
  • 3-4 kiwis
  • grated peel of 1 lime
  • 50 g fried or peeled pistachios

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks with the flour and 250 g of sugar, then gradually pour the milk. Boil the composition together with the vanilla stick, over low heat, until it thickens, becoming like cream.

While the cream cools, whisk the egg whites. Add the remaining sugar and continue beating until the meringue hardens. When the cream has cooled, remove the vanilla bean and add it spoon by spoon in the butter rubbed foam, then gently incorporate the egg white foam, stirring from the bottom up.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Keep one fruit for decoration, and cut the rest into cubes. Mix the fruit, grated lemon peel and half of the pistachio with the ice cream. Distribute it in plastic containers, which you close with lids and put in the fridge.

After the first 30 minutes of freezing, stir the cream again so as not to form needles. Repeat the operation after another 30 minutes, then leave it to freeze for another 2 hours. Serve the pistachio ice cream.

Coconut flavored vegan ice cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 450 ml of coconut milk
  • ½ cup of sweetener - it can be honey, maple syrup or even sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence.

Method of preparation:

  1. Shake the coconut milk well, keep the cup aside and boil the rest in a saucepan. Add the sweetener, but also the salt and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. After the sweetener melts, you can incorporate the cornstarch, but after dissolving it first in half a cup of preserved coconut milk. You will mix lightly with a spatula in the saucepan with the milk as you add the milk with starch.
  2. After 7-8 minutes, you will notice that the texture of the composition has thickened. This is the time to take the pan off the heat and add the vanilla essence.
  3. Leave the ice cream composition at room temperature until it cools, then transfer it to a bowl and put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours. After the composition freezes, put it in a blender and turn it into a creamy ice cream. Serve immediately.

Vegan chocolate ice cream with avocado

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 baked avocados
  • 120 ml of unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sweetener of your choice - honey, maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.

Method of preparation:

  1. Peel a squash, grate it and put it in the blender with all the other ingredients. Turn on the blender and turn the composition into a homogeneous one.
  2. Transfer the composition to a bowl, which you will put in the freezer for 3 hours, but with the specification that every half hour you will have to take out the ice cream and mix it well with a spatula. After the 3 hours have passed, you can consume it.

Banana ice cream with strawberries

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 banana pre-frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2-3 tablespoons of almond milk.

Method of preparation:

  1. The advantage of this vegan ice cream is that it can be served as soon as it is prepared. All you have to do is put the banana and the frozen strawberries in the blender, together with the almond milk and start the blender.
  2. Turn off the blender from time to time to mix the composition with a spoon, then turn it on again. After the mixture turns into a creamy ice cream, turn off the blender and serve immediately.

Vegan ice cream with cinnamon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ cup of almonds
  • ¼ cup of pecans
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of cardamom
  • 5 pitted dates
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.

Method of preparation:

  1. Put the almonds in the blender together with the pecans, cinnamon and cardamom and turn them into a fine powder. Add 2 dates and turn on the blender again. Then transfer half of this composition to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Over the blender mixture add the remaining dates, but also water and turn everything into a paste. Transfer this composition to another bowl.
  3. Clean the blender and wipe it well, then put the frozen bananas, coconut milk and vanilla essence in it and turn it into a paste that you will add in the second bowl. Homogenize the ice cream obtained well and serve with the crispy topping from the first bowl.

One solution would be to cut them into cubes and put them in the freezer for the days when you want an ice cream, or grind them and make muffins, biscuits or any other dessert you want. They are a good substitute for sugar and no doubt provide you with nutrients and fiber. In general, any fruit you like is a perfect ingredient for your ice cream: strawberries, melon, mango, berries, kiwi… A huge variety of vitamins!

Another benefit of home-made ice cream is that we can choose to use quality fats and avoid refined oil, trans, E's and other additives. It may not be the best time for an ice cream (although I have some friends who strongly claim that ANYTHING is the right time for an ice cream), but I was craving it. I had 2 big bags of fruit on the table, a box of pineapple in the fridge, I made it as simple as possible and it took me a maximum of 20 minutes.

  • 3 kiwis
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 cup diced pineapple (without syrup)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 300 ml sm & acircnt & acircnă

Then I blended them with a blender, then drained the juice as much as I could.

I beat the egg whites with the sugar until they frothed.
