Place the dough ingredients in a bowl. Knead until it no longer sticks to your hands and becomes slightly hard.

Margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar are placed in a bowl in a bain-marie. When the margarine and sugar melt, remove from the heat and add the beaten egg, stirring vigorously.

Slice the apples. The dough is spread on the worktop and placed in a cake form with removable walls (the quantities used are for a shape with a diameter of 28cm). Arrange the apples on the dough as nicely as possible to give a pleasant appearance to the tart, and pour the cream (all) over the apples.

Bake somewhere at 170-180 degrees, checking for half an hour of baking (it will stay until it is completely done when 40-50 minutes, depending on the oven).
