Cooking Onion Pie:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

To prepare the pouring, you need to mix the sour cream with the egg well, then beat a little. The fill is ready! Pour the pie with it, evenly distribute it on the surface.

Step 6: Bake the cake.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Then place the cake pan in it. Bake for about 40 minutes, so that the cake is covered with a beautiful blush. Then take it out and let cool slightly.

Step 7: Serve the onion pie.

Lightly cooled pie, carefully transfer to a serving dish, cut it into portion pieces and you can begin to start the meal! Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you wish, you can make such a pie from absolutely any dough, from yeast or even shortbread dough.

- - If you add a tablespoon of fresh chopped thyme and feta cheese, about 100 grams, then you will get onion pie in Greek. Thyme is added to the already fried onion, and Feta cubes are laid on top of the onion filling.

- - Fried mushrooms, any, can be added to the filling of this pie. The cake will turn out even tastier, and most importantly - more fragrant and juicier.
